Peer Review Process
Chelo Journal of Technology and Innovation for Community Service (CETICS) implements a double-blind review process. Authors are welcome to suggest at least three potential reviewers along with their names and email addresses. However, the decision to determine the right reviewer is the editor's right. The evidence gallery of approved manuscripts will be viewed online as early as possible after receiving the author and final proofreading by the editor-in-chief.
Plagiarism in any form is not allowed. Software tools can be used so that submitted articles are screened for plagiarism. Overlap and detection of similar texts are used there so matching citations and citations should be used whenever necessary. Basically, the author's task is only to submit a manuscript that is free from plagiarism and academic malpractice. Editors, however, double-check each article before publication. The first step is to check plagiarism against offline databases by the Editorial Board of the Chelo Journal of Technology and Innovation for Community Service and against as many online databases as possible.
